Returns & Exchanges
At Trina Turk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
